Amy: Amy is the stage manager for the group with the heavy burden of organizing and planning the show each year. At 33, she is also a world class violinist that has been recognized with fiddling awards and the opportunity to solo with several symphonies. She also has a beautiful voice that carries the lead on many of the numbers in the show. Amy is the only Dutton that was born in Iowa.
Amy was also recently voted Branson's Best Violinist and is a world champion fiddler as well.
Amy’s husband Rudy just graduated from law school at the University of Arkansas and is studying for the Missouri State Bar. In his spare time, he is the lighting designer for the Dutton Theater. Amy and Rudy also keep busy raising three little boys, Gabriel, Julian, and Damian. (Gabriel is a chimney sweep and sometimes a policeman in the 2007 show, Julian is a penguin. Damian just gets to look cute--which he does really well.)
Amy and Rudy met right here in Missouri. In fact, their first kiss took place behind the Dutton Family Theater. In what little spare time they have, they enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
